Evaluation Unit Registration Form

This Agreement sets forth the terms & conditions of use of Chip PC unit for an evaluation period

1. The 30 days evaluation period is counted from the day that the customer got the Evaluation Kit.
2. Chip PC will provide the unit; customer will provide display, keyboard and mouse.
3. Chip PC will invoice customer Net 45 once shipping the unit per the price defined in the "Eval Agreement".
4. During the evaluation period, customer will be held liable for any damage to the unit.
5. The evaluation unit is lent for 30 days only, after which it can be purchased or returned at customer's expense to the nearest Chip PC office.
6. Customer will notify Chip PC within 30 days from evaluation loan date if s/he wishes to purchase or return the unit.
7. Should the customer NOT inform Chip PC of the intent to return the unit within 45 days from evaluation loan date, the invoice will become effective / credit card will be charged.
8. Pending Chip PC approval

Limitation of Liability: NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CHIP PC AND EVALUATOR, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFIT.

The laws of the State of Israel govern this Agreement.
