USB 2 or 1.1 in the EX models?
Objectives
Other TC vendors only support USB version 1.1 on their devices. What does Chip PC supports in the the EX models- USB version 2.0 or 1.1?
Procedure
In general the EX has USB 1.1 ports. Nevertheless you can always connect any USB device (1.1 or 2) to our Xtreme PC thin client as USB 2 devicess can always operate at 1.1 protocol.The maximum transfer rate will vary, depends of your external device performance capabilities, and can be as fast as 12 Mb/s.
Note that since the product is a thin-client, high bandwidth is not possible / supportedanyway. Therefore USB 2 full rates would not be possible even if the port could support USB 2.
