Objectives

The System container centralizes Xcalibur Policy management tools. This document explains how to access it.

Procedures

The System container centralizes Xcalibur Policy management tools which can be viewed and used only by members of the Administrators group.

To add the System Container to the Xcalibur Directory Manager display, select the "Advanced View" option from the MMC View Menu.

After enabling the System container it can be viewed under the Xcalibur Directory Manager, as shown below.

The System container has two subfolders: Xcalibur Policies and Xcalibur Policy Templates.

Xcalibur Policies:

Lets you view all existing policies in a single place and access them.

Xcalibur Policy Templates:

Policy Templates allow you to save an existing Xcalibur Policy as a starting point for future policies.

The Policy Templates view lets you view all existing templates and receive information about them.
