Objectives

Under some circumstances, users may need to reissue the license files. This document explains how to reissue license(s) for a device(s).

Procedures

1. Go to: My Chip PC on our website 
2. Enter your credentials to log in to My Chip PC (register - if you haven’t done so yet)
   Please note: To learn how to reissue licenses for multiple devices please read: How To: Use the List your devices feature in the My Chip PC account
3. Once you’ve logged in, click on “Reissue License(s) for device” under the “Software Licensing” menu.
   
   
   
4. Follow the instructions on the Device Licenses dialog. Make sure you provide the correct device’s firmware version. Once all the information was entered, click the “Generate Report” button.
   
   
   
5. You’ll receive a page that looks like this:
   
   
   
6. This report provides a list of all the licenses purchased for this device and the date they where issued. The license names are direct links to the download area of that specific plug-in (in case you also need the software).
7. Upon clicking the “Reissue license(s) for this device” button, the license files will be sent to the Email address of the logged on user.
