Use the List your devices feature in the My Chip PC account

Objectives

This document explains how to use the “List your devices” feature, which is part of the My Chip PC account interface.

Procedures

  1. Go to: My ChipPC
  2. Enter your credentials to log in to My Chip PC (register - if you haven’t done so yet)
    Important notes: For this feature to work properly you must first register all your devices at Chip PC.

    All devices must be registered within 60 days of the purchase date for the warranty to apply.

    A process for reissuing Xcalibur Global licenses will be available soon.

    Once you’ve logged in to My Chip PC click “Register to extend warranty” under the “Services” menu to register your devices.

    Once the devices where registered, click on “List your devices”. A list of all the devices registered to your company will appear. From this page you can access several useful features.
  3. Click the “Select all devices” button and then the “Reissue license(s) for the selected device(s)” to reissue the license files for all the selected devices. You can also select one or more devices manually.

    Clicking the “Details” link to check the device warranty coverage. The report received looks like this:
    Click the “Plugins” link to see what plug-ins and licenses are associated with the device. Clicking the “Reissue license(s) for this device” button to reissue the license files for this specific device. Clicking the plug-in name will take you to that plug-in’s download page. The report received looks like this:
