Some customers encountered a compatibility problem between VGA and USB connectors and Jack PC devices.
If you can’t insert your VGA / USB connector to the Jack PC, you are probably using a device that does not comply with the industry standards, which the Jack PC supports.
In order to avoid any compatibility problems, make sure you use devices that support the industry standards.
