Objectives

In some cases script errors are displayed using Xcalibur XP while browsing a device or connections setting.

Cause:
this behavior may be caused by improper behavior of the Internet Browser.

Resolution:
to resolve this behavior follow this Guidelines:

1. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer .
2. clear the Internet Explorer offline files cache.
3. Enter the "Temporary internet files" setting page under the general tab of the Internet Explorer settings. 
4. Set the "Check for newer version of stored pages" to "Every visit to the page"

If Xcalibur XP is open, hit the F12 key to refresh, or re-open it.
