Does Jack-PC support dual display?
Yes. EFI-6900 supports two screens with the supplied DVI Y-Cable.

Can I use any 5V power supply with my Jack-PC?
No - this will void the products warranty and may create a permanent damage. Only use power supply provided by Chip PC for that purpose (sold separately).

Does Jack-PC support USB printers?
Yes. Jack-PC supports any USB printer.

Does Jack-PC support PS/2 legacy devices?
Yes. You can use PS/2 peripheral devices by adding USB to PS/2 converter provided by Chip PC as an accessory (sold separately).

Can I use any USB to PS/2 converter?
Yes you can - only the one supplied by Chip PC. We do not recommend the use of this converter unless you are forced to use legacy barcode readers or other non-standard equipment. If you need it just for keyboard and mouse - it is easier today to purchase new USB devices.

Can I use serial devices with the Jack-PC?
Yes. You can use serial peripheral devices by adding USB to Serial converter provided by Chip PC as an accessory (sold separately).

Can I use any USB to serial converter?
No, only the converter supplied by Chip PC. Other converters will not work properly.

Can Jack-PC support more than one serial port?
Yes it can support 2 or more using one dual-port USB to Serial converter or more than one converter.

Can I use media card readers?
Yes. Currently only readers with single media are supported.

Does Jack-PC support bar-code readers?
Yes. Legacy Barcode readers with PS/2 supported through special USB to PS/2 converter. USB Barcode readers are supported natively. Serial readers are supported by supplied USB to Serial converter.
